When we see a photobooth at an event, we usually associate it with joyful moments and beautiful photos. But behind the final outcome, there is a whole series of steps that require careful planning and preparation.
Before the Event
The work begins well before the actual day. Specifically:
- We communicate with the client to learn about the type of event, their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored solutions.
- We select the right props according to the style of the event (e.g. wedding, christening, corporate event). We also design the graphics that will appear on the photos.
- We carefully check all equipment — camera, lighting, photobooth, printer, and software — to ensure everything is fully functional.
On the Day of the Event
Our team arrives at the venue ahead of time to set up the equipment. Specifically:
- We discuss with the organizers the best placement for the photobooth, always suggesting ideas to ensure it is visible and easily accessible for all guests.
- We proceed with setting up the photobooth and additional equipment (camera, lights, printer, etc.).
- We run all necessary tests to make sure everything is working perfectly.
- During the event, our friendly operator is always there to guide and assist guests in taking fun and memorable photos.
- At every event, we also provide a dedicated support technician who is on standby remotely and ready to resolve any potential technical issues that may arise
After the Event
Once the event concludes:
- We pack up all the equipment.
- The photos are stored, and we prepare a folder which is sent to the client within 2 business days. We also create an online gallery on our website, secured with a unique access code (listed in the photo folders), where guests can download their photos.
